The 15-day retreat is a balanced transformation program. It is longer and deeper than the 8-day reset but less intensive than the 22-day deep transformation program, making it ideal for a full mind-body reset without a long commitment.

No prior experience is required. The program is designed for all levels, and instructors provide modifications for beginners, intermediate, and advanced participants.

You will receive fresh vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, organic, and raw meals designed to support detoxification, energy balance, and overall wellness.
