Enjoy morning Yoga sessions at 10.30am in our open-air Yoga patio.

Our wonderful expert Yoga instructors have years of experience and are used to guiding people of all levels - from total beginners to devoted Yogis - so you can be sure you'll be in great hands!

We practice a gentle version of Hatha & Yin Yoga which involves lots of deep breathing, stretching and opening up of the body to help you recover faster from your workouts, expel toxins and increase your flexibility - we are flexible and classes change everyday.

We've successfully converted many people who thought they "didn't like" or couldn't do" Yoga to love the practice and continue it long after they left us at Visit Resort when returned to their home countries!
