What's Included

All programs are detailed with times and activities/events. Please try to attend as many classes as possible to achieve the greatest results – but we will respect your free time if not attended.


To make the most of your natural surroundings the yoga studio is outside, much of your training will be done in different natural environments and you can choose to have all meals at the Wild Tribe Superfood Café. We have the option of a delicious 7-day detox menu. This varied menu, in combination with the classes, will guarantee weight loss.

The resort itself is located in the centre of Lamai – where you can choose to eat at a variety of restaurants offering both Thai and international cuisine.

Come and discover the incredible effects that daily outdoor exercise and restorative yoga have on the body and mind. In your free time, you’ll see how easy it is to meet like-minded friends in a relaxing environment.

Fitness classes will be small so that everyone gets the individual attention and instruction that they deserve and have paid for. You will learn a variety of new ways to keep yourself fit, including weight training, yoga, self-defense, and free weights. We’ll also help you to find the gym equipment best suited to achieve your desired results.
