If you’ve got an upset stomach then mint is the perfect thing to soothe it. It really jump-starts your digestive system. The cucumbers and lemon in this recipe are chocked full of antioxidants that your body needs as well. To make this drink you’ll need a single cucumber, around 10 mint leaves, two tablespoons of lemon juice, water, ice cubes, and lemon rings. Peel and chop the cucumber. Put them in a blender with the mint leaves and one cup of water.

Strain the pulp and then add the lemon juice. Put in a little extra water if the mixture is a bit too strong. Pour the drink into a glass and add lemon slices and mint for garnish.


If you want to improve your immune system and fight off sickness then this pomegranate juice recipe will do the trick. You will need an aloe vera leaf, 1/2 cup of chopped beetroot, 2 cups of pomegranate juice, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper powder. Peel the rind from the aloe vera leaf and throw it away. There will be a yellow layer that was under the rind. You’re going to peel that back and remove the gel. Make sure you clean the gel before you use it.

Put the pomegranate juice and beetroot in a blender and blend it. Once it’s good and combined you’ll add in the aloe vera gel. When it’s done all you have to do is sprinkle in the black pepper powder and serve.
