We offer optional weight loss and success mindset coaching for those wishing to master a completely holistic level of sustainable transformation.

Workouts might include a sunrise walk up to Koh Samui's 'Big Buddha' (you'll love the view!), kettle bell swings, 8km jogs through nature and under the protection of big canopy trees, bike riding, swimming, beach workouts, squats, sit-ups, and a lot more!

If you're a beginner and are not used to working out, don't worry - we'll take it slowly and build up your fitness with you up step by step. There is nothing to be afraid of, all you need to do is show up with 100% motivation to give it your all and we'll guide you through your transformation at a pace to suit your needs!
